We accept cash, debit cards, and select digital payment methods. Due to federal banking regulations around cannabis, we are unable to accept credit cards at this time. An ATM is available in-store for your convenience.

Per New York State regulations, all cannabis sales are final. However, if you receive a defective product (e.g., faulty vape cartridge), please contact us within 24 hours and we'll work with you to make it right.

You earn points every time you make a purchase — starting at 1 point per $1. As you level up, your earning rate increases. You can redeem points at checkout for discounts on your order. Points never expire as long as you make at least one purchase per year.

Points remain active as long as you make at least one purchase per calendar year. If your account is inactive for more than 12 months, points may expire. But don't worry — we'll send you a reminder before that happens!
